Patti Craig of the First
Spiritualist Church of Brockton, MA, submitted the ultrasound photo below and
the story to go along with it. We leave
the decision to our readers to make their own conclusions. However, we believe intervention by Spirit
has provided the chance for this child to be brought into the physical
plane. Here is the amazing story:
When Patti's son, Matt and daughter-in-law, Clarissa, announced that they were expecting, every one was excited. This feeling of joy soon faded from their lives. Clarissa was having problems. She started bleeding and it seemed that the blood of the baby was fighting the blood of the mother. She was also diagnosed with a leaking ovarian cyst. The doctor announced that there was also a possibility that the placenta would detach sooner than it was supposed to. This all happened in the beginning to the middle of her term, as a result, the doctor put her on the list for a high risk for miscarriage.
Patti, a NSAC Commissioned Healer and grandmother to this unborn angel, felt she needed to do something to help save this much-loved child that was fighting to be born. She contacted her friend Susan, also a healer, feeling that twice the amount of healers would increase the healing energy.
Upon laying hands on her daughter-in-law's abdomen she immediately felt the outline of the child. She also felt the presser of a tiny hand being placed on her heart with this she felt peace and love. When Patti's friend, Susan, placed her hands on Clarissa's abdomen, she was given the impression of a woman.
When she described the woman to Patti the description was that of Patti's mother and grandmother, this baby's great-grandmother and the baby's great-great grandmother. Patti felt her whole family was getting involved with the healing of mother and child. Upon completion of the healing Patti and Susan went to their respective homes with prayers still in their hearts.
Patti knew her son and Clarissa were distraught over the sad news of what was going on with this high-risk pregnancy. In her desperation Patti wanted to do more. She sent e-mails to all healers and healing modalities related to Spiritualism, NSAC prayer and meditation groups as well as the individual Spiritualist Churches. At that time we ourselves got a request and passed it along. Many sent Matt and Clarissa encouraging cards, letters, prayers and an immense amount of distance healing and love.
Upon Clarissa's next visit to the doctor's, she was surprised to hear that the bleeding had stopped. Of course we feel that Sprit and our healers were at work here. The problem of the "blood" had seemed to have "fix itself". (A very unusual happening according to medical knowledge). She was taken off the "high risk for a miscarriage" list. If the bleeding had not stopped she would have been on complete bed rest.
Since that healing she has become healthier and happier. Thanks to Spirit relatives and healers.
In November, 2007 Clarissa was given 5 ultrasounds (on the same day) yet this was the only one with a definite message within it. This ultrasound was as much as a surprise to Patti and her family as it was to me when she sent it to this department. To us it sends a very clear message. "Spirit is there and willing to help"
