On Friday evenings at Kent Spiritual Center in Warren, RI there is a meditation evening every other Friday.  On one particular Friday in March, Brian and Lynn Kent decided to do some experimentation for a class on Orbs they were working on.    After the meditation "ORB" photos were taken of the attendees.  Here is the short story of what happened that night to a woman attending for the first time.

Patricia M. was a first time attendee at Kent Spiritual Center.  She attended with a friend Lynn had given a reading to a short time ago. After the meditation Patricia felt she has some kind of release of physical pain, here is her explanation.

"I had attended the meditation that evening hoping for some release from a stressful week.  I have a physical problem with pain my neck that is never gone; I just got use to it being there.  I live with it.  When I began meditating the aching in my neck, lower back and knee began feeling warmth, I cannot explain.  Within a short time the pain was relieved.  My eyes were closed and I was smiling with a feeling great peace then intense emotion.  I started crying from my right eye and then from my left without thinking sad thoughts. During the photo session I called out to the spirits and felt heat in the back of my neck and warmth in my eyes".

For anyone interested in Orb Phenomenon, this Department has reviewed a new book called "The Orb Project" by Micela Ledwith and Klaus Heinemann, carried at the NSAC Bookstore.  It was very in depth and interesting with a look at both the scientific and spiritual sides.  We highly recommend it.  For those interested in a class this Department has organized an "Orb" workshop.  It contains information on the orbs themselves, equipment we have used, our own experiences as well as orb photographs taken of attendees of the class.  This class can be combined with EVP or Table Tipping for a Phenomenal Evidence workshop or any of the other classes we give at Spiritualist Churches.
