NSACphemonomena.com Department of Phenomenal Evidence Strange and Unexplained article, stores and experiences of a metaphysical nature

There are some very strong opinions on ORB photography.  Many consider them to be artifacts that are captured by, lens flare, dust particles, stray objects, hair, rain drops, background lighting and flash backs, smoke, frosty breath, mist, insects, moths, butterflies, to list just a few and yes we accept these conditions as being possible. However, the more you photograph this phenomena, the more you will be able to distinguish false orbs from the real McCoy.  So with "that said' this report is more on our "personal experience' on ORBS and their representation in the physical realm, while still using the "Scientific Method' of investigation as explained below from the encyclopedia Wikipedia.org.

Scientific method refers to the body of techniques for investigating phenomena, acquiring new knowledge, or correcting and integrating previous knowledge. It is based on gathering observable, empirical and measurable evidence subject to specific principles of reasoning. A scientific method consists of the collection of data through observation and experimentation, and the formulation and testing of a  hypothesis.

Our technique used to accomplish a specific activity or task on a consistent basis:

ORB images, we have taken, were made under controlled conditions.  The photographic environment area consists of an indoor room with covered windows, non-dust exposure as can be found in a private home or apartment, no reflective surfaces and a darken room with no sunlight exposure.  We use our personal camera; a Sony model "DSC-T100', with the following settings: color "RGB', focal length "11mm', "F/3.5', exposure time-"1/50 sec', ISO speed "1600'.  We always use a tripod, flash and a 2 second timer.

Lynn and I had been taking ORB photographs at home for about 2 months when we decided to try to connect the ORB presence with a spirit relative or guide.  Our very first shots were stunning.  Each photograph was taken AFTER requesting the spirit entity to show it's self near their picture if they were present in the room.  We have selected a few to share with you.
Are Spirit Orb Portraits Real?
We went about our usual routine of prayer and singing to raise the vibration, and the table started moving almost as we put our hands on it.  It turned out that the spirit coming through was Brian's mom, Sylvia Kent.  She gave information by tapping out letters through the table of who she was (even though she never saw a table tipping session).  The process was normal, but it was unusual for me that a spirit could come through so fast, yet we went along for the ride to see where it would lead us.

At that time I believed spirit needed much more time to get accustomed to their new environment.  Since then we have found that if "spirit consciousness' wants to get information to someone, they will, whenever and however they can.  She told us that "if she knew it was going to be so wonderful and beautiful here, (spirit plane), she would have gone sooner".  (Sylvia was 86 years young when she passed).  She also told us about a cloth bag she had in one of her drawers of her dresser that had money in it.  She kept saying 5 . . . 5, when we asked how much money was in it.  We really took this with a "grain of salt" because at that time we truly thought spirit needed more time to communicate and this was only about eight hours after she had passed.

The next day we me Carol, Brian's sister, and went about ordering flowers and the like.  Carol's husband, Carl and her daughter Vicky started cleaning out the apartment to take some of the furniture home to Maine.  While we were out, we told Carol about our experience the night before and reminisced about Sylvia.  With all the grief and hurt, we forgot about looking for the money Sylvia communicated through the table tipping session.

Upon arriving back to Sylvia's apartment, we had an exciting and unexpected announcement waiting for us.  Vicky was all excited about what she had found in her grandmother's dresser drawer.  Vicky was holding a silk pouch-type bag with $500.00 in it.  What more proof did we need that Sylvia was her old self, feisty as ever (born and raised in Maine) and her concern for us on the physical plane!

Since that time we have learned to look more closely at the information given to us through spirit communication via "Table Tipping" as yet another form of spirit communication..

Returning to our "scientific method" which consists of the collection of data through observation and experimentation, and the formulation and testing of a hypothesis.

Each of these images of ORBS is a result of a request for a spirit/energy appearance.  We also have many more images of ORBS, which are not presented here because of space restrictions.   And, they were all taken when a direct request for their presence, under specific circumstances, at a specific time and place.  Coincidence?  Or intelligence driven? It is up to the reader to access these facts for themselves and decide.

Why not try experimenting for yourself and communicate with us your findings.  Our department's web site is open for online reports and uploading of files at www.nsacphenomena.com

Communication with the unseen is widely accepted within Spiritualist circles.  And, the belief that the spirit realm is near and close to us is also accepted within many religions.  Why not give the benefit of doubt and accept these ORB images as the real McCoy?
